Using Mut to update somethings in our JSS cloud instance, all templates except the user template uploads to MUT, when going to update the user template to MUT it crashes/quits. is the user template corrupted? would a fresh template suffice, any thoughts?

I would re-download the templates and use a new copy.

That usually helps with similar issues for us.
