NetBoot using http protocol

Anyone out there using NetBoot over http?

I am setting up a Casper Distribution Point for deployment and for security reasons, I can not use NFS protocol for NetBoot.

I have managed to create a NetBoot image for new Thunderbolt MBPs. The size is around 10gb. This works perfectly well with NFS but over http it fails.

I have find this article for 10.3/10.4 and indicates that size matters. Over 2gb image may not work with http...but is it still apply for 10.6+?

I never had to use http protocol for NetBoot images before, so any input will be great.

OK find it...SSL was enabled and 443 was causing the issue. Now SSL
switched off and port 80 enabled, all works :)
