we're getting an issue where one of our sites wont netboot correctly.
this is what i can see in the logs on the Netsus server:

the ip range has been added in the web gui for the netboot server

Are you running Netsus as an appliance or did you download it and run it by itself? We run the appliance version and it took me a bit of tinkering to get it working.
