I was curious to see if anyone else has come across this issue. We have a Mac lab with Sierra 10.12.2 installed and AD bound. We've noticed that when I log into a Mac with my account I can see my network home folder on the dock but when a teacher or student logs in on the same Mac their network home folder is not available. I don't think this would need a script, managed preference, configuration profile or policy because it looks like the issue is tied the set up of how the user group (teachers and students) mounts the network drive at login.
Has anyone come across this before? Do you have any suggestions? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
