This isn't strictly a Casper related question but I hope there might be a Casper related solution! So here goes.
We have a couple of developers using the latest Xcode who want to use the Network Link Conditioner tool. The problem is they have standard accounts and so cannot unlock this preference pane to use the tool. They are in the developers group but this doesn't seem to allow them the access to unlock either. Is there any place I can unlock this permanently for them? I have looked in the authorization file but haven't found anything useful in there.
