New Image Issues - 10.7.4 with Casper 8.6

I have an issue with network users (standard accounts) on first log in not having a keychain
"A keychain cannot be found for 'username'."
Then the System Pref for iCloud crashes - and continues to do so. The internet accounts as well.

Any ideas? I'm short on time to get mbp's to my teachers for the start of the year.

Even if a keychain isn't found one should get created at login for the user. This leads me to believe that maybe that's not even happening.

Check permissions in a problem user's home folder and make sure he is owner through and through for everything there. Maybe you have a User Template with some errant ownership.
