We have a WiFi only iPad that was not purchased through the company. With DEP not being an option, I'm trying to have them manually enroll their iPad to JAMF. I've setup a profile for them with their work email being the username and a random password. I direct them to the enrollment site which they're able to login to fine. The problem comes on the next screen which says "Assign to user". The user puts in their email/JAMF username and click enroll. In the past, a JAMF notification has popped up and everything is fine. In this instance, the user is getting no feedback at all after clicking enroll. Any thoughts on what may be causing this issue?
