No Touch Parallels install w/ Windows 10

I am moving to a no touch imaging process. I have 90% of the process complete. The issue I am having consists of Parallels 12 with Windows 10. This will also be for when end users decide they want/need Parallels I can just push it to them.

Issue:
The windows VM needs to be on the domain but our Macs are not bound to AD.

I need to:
Change computer name of Windows 10 VM
then
Bind the Windows 10 VM to Active Directory

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Have you worked with Sysprep and creating an unattended answer file? I have to admit i haven't had the need to deploy windows 10 (yet) but in the past, we would create our PVM file, install software, Sysprep. When the user boots, prompts them to name their computer and auto joins our domain.

*Note: its been about 3 years since i've done this...so i may be a bit hazy...but may give you a point to start researching.

@TJ.Edgerly Thank you. I have not worked with Sysprep nor creating an unattended answer file. I am doing my research on those now.
