Okay, so I'm going to guess that there are some folks out there that have users on Adium using the SIPE plugin as a Lync client replacement. We've had things working fine with Adium 1.5.9 and SIPE version 1.16.1 (and some using SIPE version 1.18.1) for quite a while. But I've had users updating Adium to 1.5.10 and continually get prompted for a password and the following error shows:

Error: Web ticket request to https://webpoolsn20a04.infra.lync.com:443/CertProv/CertProvisioningService.svc failed

The configuration that we've been using for folks:

Account Username: full email address Windows login: DOMAINuser_name Password: AD password Options: Server[:Port]: empty Connection type: Auto Authentication scheme: TLS-DSK User Agent: UCCAPI/4.0.7577.314 OC/4.0.7577.314 (Microsoft Lync 2010) Single Sign-On disabled

I'm guessing this is a software issue, but I'm wondering if at some point the protocol changed or the agent information changed and that's why it's not communicating correctly.

Has anyone out there run into this? Any recommendations?
