OT: Automation Makes Us Dumb

In recent years no doubt we've all heard of the impacts of automation. I decided to share this here because largely what we do with Casper is automate. To me, being the Casper admin puppet master actively pulling the strings I'm more mentally stimulated.

But what are we doing to our users? :-)

Great article! We spend a lot of time here at BA, figuring out just what we should automate and what skills we need to teach our users, faculty and staff. Eventually all of our students will go on to college and then the big scary 'real' world!
