and I tried with Config Profile. But doesn't work. The Config Profile doen't find the Mail Adresse of LDAP. I created the Exentesion Atrributes on Computer Managment. and then I write the variable in the plist and after that I uploaded the plist to Config Profile.
Can be that doesn't work for us because we don't use Mobile Accounts? the user remove every 6 hours and we don't save the user data local.
Or did a make a mistakes?

Have you verified the User Principal Name field is populated in the computer record? This is where the configuration profile will find the value for $EXTENSIONATTRIBUTE_3.
If it's not populated, you can force an LDAP lookup by running sudo jamf recon in Terminal on your test Mac and checking again.
