Packages stuck in Self Service after being deleted in Jamf Pro

We have been running a test with Jamf Console and adding .DMG files to Self Service via Policy.

After testing I have deleted the Policies as well as the actual packages from Jamf, yet when I open Self Service, the packages still show up there as blank icons.

If you click on the "Install" button, it states the package is no longer available. I dug through Jamf to make sure nothing related to the package / policy remained, but Self Service isn't updating to reflect that for some reason.

Any help to flush it would be appreciated.
