Hi all,
Apologies for this really simple question.
I have attached our current passcode policy for pre-stage enrolments.
As you can see the Maximum number of failed attempts is set to 5.
I understand that the account will be locked out after 5 incorrect attempts, and the really simple question is, how would I unlock their account? Or what is the correct process once the staff member brings over their machine to me.

You'd go into the inventory record of the device and send a clear passcode command.

Apologies, I forgot to clarify this is for Macs and not mobile devices. Does that command exist in the computers section?
