I have been utilizing Patch Management for a while now and for the most part it works fairly well however it seems like software isn't automatically updating after X days even though my policy is set that way. Let's take Chrome for example, the last version was 69.0.3497.81 (before the current release), I have a lot of machines showing a version older than 69.0.3497.81 even though my patch policy is set to automatically install after 7 days. These Macs are on and checking in regularly. I don't know what else to check. I can't tell if some are working fine or users are actually updating when they get Self Service notifications. Chrome isn't the only software I have this issue with.
