Policies for Outlook like group policies in Windows

Hello everyone, is it possible to implement Outlook and Skype policies in Jamf analogous to group policies under Windows ?
We are currently in a project to implement Outlook and Skype. This would be a point that the project management is pushing with regard to the Macs.
