We are getting this Error for all the users after upgrading the Jamf connect.

What type of policy are you using to upgrade Jamf Connect?
Check your Scope/Frequency of the policy to ensure it's once per computer.
If it's using a Smart Computer Group to scope make sure the policy is running an update inventory
