powerd/Launchd

Has anyone else experienced managing power settings through Casper and then get a process "powerd," which is a subset of launchd, start consuming 100% of CPU? It's only happening to a random subset of our inventory, but those were dev machines which we want to not sleep/auto restart. I am thinking that it may be related to the Casper LaunchAgent that gets laid down.

I've got a ticket open with AppleCare support but it's been about a month so far, and we can't get to the bottom of it.

How are you managing power settings? MCX? Configuration Profiles? Scripts?
