We did an upgrade on our JSS today, upgrading from 8.71 to 9.32. There were no issues with the upgrade process and everything appeared to be running smoothly. We did however notice that there was no Serial Numbers in our Prestage Imaging Scope. What would be the easiest way to get those back without having to find all those again?
