Anybody know why JAMF Admin is lying to me and claiming there are no printers mapped on the computer?

I downloaded the Ricoh / NRG drivers, installed , then selected the driver when adding printer through system preferences. Prints fine, but JAMF Admin will not see it.

I've tried the sudo touch /Library/Preferences/com.jamfsoftware.jamf.plist in case it was that, did not work. The device is also enrolled in JAMF Cloud.

Interestingly if I add the printer and leave things to auto select and not use the Ricoh driver I downloaded JAMF Admin see's it. I don't really want to deploy that version though, I want to use the full driver.

This is on Big Sur 11.0.1 .
