QoS Configuration on Mac

On Windows there exists a Group Policy for QoS (Quality of Service). It'd be under Computer Configuration Policies Windows Settings Policy-based QoS. You can define a DSCP Value (Differentiated Services Code Point), which application(s) this should apply to, IP addresses for source and destination that this should apply to and what protocols and ports this should apply to.

Is there something similar on Mac? Can QoS be managed natively, is it even necessary, or is 3rd party software required? Curious to find out about this since it's done on the Windows side to ensure softphone audio/video quality is maintained.

Thanks
