QuickAdd not installing Self service??

I made up a standard pkg for QuickAdd but it isn't installing Self Service.

Any got any ideas why??

Thank you! I just rebuilt the whole thing from scratch, it's always a tick box that forget about!

With those settings pictured above in place and set exactly the same way, what else may prevent the Self Service from installing on the target MacBook? The QuickAdd package says it installed successfully but the Self Service app is not found in the Applications folder. What's interesting is that this worked the day before but stopped working just today on more than one machine.

Do any other policies work? Have you tried pushing something like a file to a known location?

We do a monthly push of a text file to a known location, using a naming convention and reports that make it easy to see when the Mac stopped accepting policies (pushes).

It's possible for a Mac to check for policies (Last Time) and send inventory data (Last Report), while not accepting pushes. Having a monthly push test help in troubleshooting.
