Hi everyone,
I am very new to Jamf and have just started setting up some of our ipads. Our current configuration profile is set up to only allow afew apps that are used, with almost all of the system installed apps not on this list and therefore hidden (ie, contacts, calendar etc). However, I have just decided to add the Books app to our allowed list, however it is not being "unhidden" on the ipads? We have the app store turned off on the ipads so that rules out re adding them from there, and we also have the ipads set up without the need for an apple id (they are just ipads for marking exams etc so they aren't deployed to actual users, hence why everything is turned off).
Is there an easy way to get these system apps back once they are added to the allowed list?
