Hello,
I am in jamf product ,IT support.We often get retire registration commands for local site support wherein we give remote "unmanage" command from the jamf management console.
However as there is dependency on the other end, for the device to be on with active wifi for the command to go through , the unmanage command usually goes into pending state and the device status remains same.
Is there a way that the device could be marked as orphaned or flagged by jamf ; if it does not check in within a set time period ....
