We need to switch our server to being solely a distribution point rather than a server so I was looking for instructions on how to remove all instances of Tomcat from Ubuntu Linux?

Not knowing if you did a manual install of the JSS or a Linux installer based install for your JSS. If you did a manual install it should go something like this:

  1. MAKE A BACKUP OF WHAT IS IMPORTANT ABOUT YOUR TOMCAT IN CASE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
  2. run a commands similar to what's on this page: Use apt-get commands to remove a package
