Restrict Users from Emailing In-House eBooks

We noticed that In-House eBooks (PDF) can be forwarded from iBooks as an email attachment.

Is there any way to restrict this behavior when an In-House eBook (PDF) contains sensitive information?

Pages from Apple can create ePub documents. ePubs cannot be shared from iBooks.
