Restricted software - exempting a computer not working

I have a restricted software entry which is applies to all computers, excepting one group called "IT Power Users." I added a user to that list, and I see that his computer has checked in since, but he still receives the same error as those folks for whom the software is restricted.

As it's now been 24h since he was added to the whitelist, I'm stumped.

Make sure to run sudo jamf manage on the device, or send the command to it with something like ARD or Casper Remote. Restricted Software settings only get updated when the management framework is applied. Though it should have happened if its been 24 hrs, its possible that hasn't happened yet on it.
