Rotating Desktop Background Script

Long time listener, first time caller.

I'm trying to get my Macs to turn on rotating desktop backgrounds using a folder without users input but once the script gets pushed they are getting the below pop up. Once clicking OK the settings will update. Any idea what i'm missing to make this transparent?
