Run Auto Configure Outlook 2011 for new users

I downloaded the Applescript from the scripts section that will auto configure Outlook 2011. I got it to work perfectly, but I can't seem to figure out how to make Casper run it for each new user that logs in instead of just the root user. Any advice?

If you're using William Smith's scripts, in his guide page 19, 20, 21 show you how to setup a user template folder using his provided applescript "Copy Outlook Files". Essentially it throws everything you need into the systems default user template, every time a new user logs in and launches Outlook for the first time the OutlookExchangeSetup.scpt runs and configures Outlook for the new user. If you build images and use custom default user templates, this fits right in and works great.
