seeing disk corruption post imaging on new imacs with SSD

So we got a batch of brand new iMacs 27 inch with SSD hard disks that we needed to image with same configuration.

We firstly captured a clean new image from one of the machine and built the workflow incl. boot partition. All fine and when we start the imaging process all finish without issues or error, but when you run disk utility to verify disk the majority of the machines that has been imaged show up error that disk has corruption and it will not be fixed by booting in recovery mode to run repair disk.

What is causing this and why?? My first thought was TRIM if that has anything to do with it, or is Casper Imaging broken?
