Self Service 9.97 Problems "This request could not be processed."

Hi everyone, we are having random problems with self service in Sierra. On friday I prepared a computer by DEP as always, the first time I executed Self Service work fine, then i executed the policy that i have prepared with the packages and scripts.

After the reboot, i found self services like this, and i have 3 macs with this problem:

Solved. It was an error related with the JSS User, so deleting them and then creating these users again worked fine.

Hey Tuxaco, thanks for posting. Do you have any detail on what was problematic about these users? We are experiencing the same issue and can't use the same solution for 600+ users

I'm seeing this issue as well. No resolution from Jamf yet. Can you elaborate more on what the issue was?

We finally got this resolved. It was related to a VPP invitation sent to all users. Once we removed that invitation, all was well and Self Service started working again.
