Self service application updates requiring admin prompt

We have noticed that the applications which are pushed via Jamf in Self
Service requires an admin prompt on a local user account when there is a
new version available to update the application in the local user environment. The updated versions are all pushed via Jamf as well.

This is affecting the following applications when new versions are pushed out:
Slack, Signal, Keybase, Sublime Text, etc.

Please help with this issue.
