Self Service Bookmarks Not Showing up on Newly Imaged Machines

Thanks in advance for any ideas! Tried a sudo jamf manage && sudo jamf recon . Machines appear to be communicating normally.

Ryan, I experienced the same issue previously where my Self Service bookmarks would not show up. I was able to resolve my issue by changing the Maximum Clock Skew settings under Settings --> Computer Management Framework Settings --> Security --> Maximum Clock Skew --> Do Not Verify. Once I did this and rebooted the machines everything worked fine. Not sure why that resolved my issue but it did. Good Luck!

Thanks Alan! My settings are actually the same as you describe above. When talking with JAMF we discovered it was actually a permissions issue somewhere in the /Library/Application Support/JAMF/ folder.

Once we chmod 755 that directory, bookmarks loaded.
