We use a Network Segment to direct users laptops to the local distribution server while they are on the school network. When away from school they should be directed to the JAMF Distribution Server. This works for users while at school but fails when they are off campus. The Policy log indicates that the laptop cannot mount the local distribution server. I'm baffled because this worked last year. The only change was uploading the latest version of the Word.pkg. It has replicated to the JAMF Distribution Server.

+26how frequently are the devices performing a check in or inventory update. I've seen where a device that last reported in from home doesn't check in or inventory for a few hours even if at school. In that situation, they would still be showing up as at home. Same thing works vice versa.
