this new SELF SERVICE is horrible.
1 - It doesn't refresh like the Casper Suite Self Service did.
2 - Put the RELOAD SELF SERVICE on the GUI not just in the menu bar
3 - I have a custom event policy that installs the printer driver ONCE per computer, so if they install a second printer the policy to install the driver does not run, this worked great with Casper Suite SELF SERVICE, but now with JAMF PRO self service, if a person installs a printer that the driver was previously installed, the user now sees a self service popup that says 'this item is no longer available' which is confusing. It still installs the printer but the 'this item is no longer available' is now referencing the custom event policy that installs the print driver, but to the user they would think the printer didn't install.
The point was to have the printer driver to install ONCE, which worked fine from casper suite self service - user did not get the 'this item is no longer available'.
