Single app mode with Jamf Pro

We have iPad minis for a series of public meetings starting soon. They need to display a large PDF file for folks to browse. How easy would it be to create a single app mode "kiosk mode" that locks the app in JAMF Pro?

I think this is what you are looking to do.  The 'web page' in your case is just the URL for the locally hosted PDF.
