Single Sign-On Error After Disabling SAML Token Expiration

Hello, first post.

We've been having some difficulty trying to figure out what the SAML Token Expiration is in Azure so we've disabled it in Jamf, which let me log in fine. My colleague, however, is still getting the Single Sign-On Error even after clearing his cache and using a private browser in 2 different browsers.

Any advice?
