I knew that Siri would not be a welcome addition to the University landscape, whether in the Lab or the offices. Privacy Concerns and all.
I installed Sierra on a workstation, then rebooted the machine into target mode, Navigated the drive removing Siri. Next I fired up Composer and let it create my Image.
I just updated to 10.12.3 and Siri is still MIA
