I have an issue where we use Skype for Business Chat. Server-side conversation history is turned off in the organization. And according to the article referenced by default, the Skype for Business on Mac client will auto-accept incoming messages if the message arrives within 5 minutes of the Mac client being active.
Reference MS Answers based on Skype for Macintosh Issues.

It appears the recipient, and possibly the sender, workstations may require a "timeout adjustment" on the clients. in the article the reference adjustment is listed as 360. According to TechNet the default is 300.
'defaults write com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness autoAcceptTimeout 360'
What is your organizations best practices for that time-frame?
