Am I over looking something? I have a static pilot group of about 30 computers. We have installed some software on a few of the machines and have decided to roll it out to the rest of the pilot group. I want to make a smart group based on only computers of the static pilot group who are still needing this application installed.

+24Version 9 may have a way to do this. I imagine the nested groups feature, or whatever it will be called, will allow you to add a Static Group in as part of a Smart Group's criteria.
I don't really know for sure though, and even if I did, I couldn't mention it here! :)
