Hello!
I am a technology coach who is new to jamf. Our students are currently unable to login to their iPads using their Apple ID. When you go into settings, the option to sign in is greyed out. We are having tons of federated ID issues, and no one from the district tech team has been able to give me a good answer as to why.
Can someone here tell me what device restriction is turned on in a config profile so I can fix this?

From your description, it sounds like "Modifying account settings" is restricted.
