Hi!

In our internal network (Private DNS and Proxy) I could type "sudo jamf policy" and it works fine, but jamf agent doesn't work:

sudo jamf policy
Checking for policies triggered by "recurring check-in" for user "xxxxx"...
Submitting log to https://jamfplay.xxxxxxxxx.com:8443/
Executing Policy 00 - Recon
Submitting log to https://jamfplay.xxxxxxxxx.com:8443/
Executing Policy PoC GL - Force Update 5 minutes Ethernet
Running command jamf recon...

But when I wait to the Recurring Check-in (in our case every 5 minutes) everytime fails:

tail -f /var/log/jamf.log jamf[7463]: Checking for policies triggered by "recurring check-in" for user "xxxxx"... jamf[7463]: Could not connect to the JSS. Looking for cached policies...

It's happen in all the computer under this network, when they move to internet, the problem disappears , and "recurring check-in" works automatic.

any idea? Many thanks
