Support for Office 2016 for Mac Notification

We have just installed Office 2019 on our fleet of macbooks but are still seeing the notification pop up that Support for Office 2016 is ending. How do we get rid of this message?

Try this preference:

defaults write com.microsoft.autoupdate2 DisableEndOfSupportNotifications -bool TRUE
