I recently setup our new Jamf Cloud to connect to Intune and the cloud connector app is being used to connect Jamf to Intune. While some of the Macs have no issue registering for Intune others refuse to register no matter what. Most of the failures are on enrollments from existing machines but at least one is occurring on a fresh OS image. The only solution I have been able to make work so far is to wipe the machine and start over, obviously for most people this is problematic.
The largest number of errors are associated with the device authentication required error code, from looking at the sign in log this occurs even for people who have successfully registered.
The next most common error is the Broker App needs to be installed error. This seems to be the error that is stopping people from enrolling Macs with Intune. The company portal app is being installed on enrollment and then launching from a Self Service button for registration.
If anyone has encountered this and could provide a solution it would be greatly appreciated!
