Topics for the 1st Mississippi User Group

We would like to get some feedback about topics for our user group. Here are the some that are on the table, but we would LOVE for others to chime in and let us know what to hit first!

Effective use of Self Service (Mac OS and iOS)
Best practices for profiles and profile deployments
Use of Smart Groups and Static Groups
Using the Casper Tools - Casper Remote, Casper Imaging, Casper Admin
Managing Apple IDs

I'd really like to hear how people are imaging or if people in our area are using DEP to push packages and configurations directly out of the box instead of using the traditional monolithic imaging process.

Consider it added! We have done it both ways - and so far, I am not sure there is clear winner.

Some of our JAMF friends would also like to learn how to block Facetime and iMessage using Casper. We can sure add it!
