We have one LDAP Server set up for our main US office, and a while back, we added a second LDAP Server for users in Asia. We just recently started limiting Self Service Policy Scopes by Active Directory Group membership. This works fine in the US, but our Asia users are not seeing the Limited Policies in Self Service, even though they are in the proper AD Groups. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas? (Non-Limited Policies work fine for both US and Asia.)

Contact support, they had a product issue with multiple LDAP servers connect to the JSS and it would break all sorts of things. I just dealt with it.
