Unable to confirm device settings

Hi team, We have deployed microsoft company portal in few of our test machines but in the company portal we are getting an error saying "Unable to confirm settings". We can access emails when the machine is connected to the company domain, but not when the machine connected to any external network. Anyone faced that issue ? if so how did you manage it ?

Hey @jamfp I'm having the same issue. After I enroll a device and open/login to the company portal, I receive a message stating "Unable to confirm settings". Were you all able to figure the issue out?
