Unhealthy caching server

We have a caching server that is reporting a status of unhealthy. I have deleted all in cache and restartet, but still unhealthy. Do anyone have any suggestions? I have set it up with a static caching port (44444) and the clients can see the server, but as mentioned, unhealthy.

    To answer my own question: a wireshark scan showed that the error was on the network - the port hadn't been opened everywhere, even though it should have.
