update jamf binary

I noticed that my jamf binary is not updating on my client machines.
I thought it was part of the Management Framework... but then upon further investigation... i am supposed to have a policy that was created with the JSS setup assistant at the beginning.
(along with Update Inventory policy, which i DO have)

Couple questions about the best practices of this policy.

1) should i make a separate policy or should i just check the "Update Command Line Applications" in the "Enforce Management..." policy.
2) Noticed that my "Enforce Management Framework" policy is set to: triggered by Startup --- Ongoing

Shouldn't this be every 15 --- once per day?

I went in and checked my Enforce Management Framework policy and noticed
that the update button is not checked but it is set to run every15. I did
however find that it was checked in my Update Inventory policy that runs
once a day triggered by any. I am pretty sure those were the first two
policies that I created while following the setup documentation, so I'm
guessing that is the recommended way.
