The updaters for Office 2004 are not in Apple package format and cannot be
scripted.

The easiest method I've found is to install and fully patch Office 2004 on
a Mac and use Composer to snapshot the files and create a package.

Remove your old Office 2004 install and deploy the new one. This requires,
of course, a volume license version. If you don't have that then you're
stuck running the updates manually on each machine unless you care to try
to preserve the OfficePID files for each.

Office 2004 was last patched to 11.6.2 and will see few if any patches to
come. The 11.6.0 update is a cumulative patch from 11.0.0 through 11.5.x.
Therefore, you should only need your original installer plus the 11.6.0,
11.6.1 and 11.6.2 updates.
