Am trying to upgrade to Casper v9.9 this morning from v9.82
The JSS installer gets stuck at "Backing Up Applications" and the installation fails. It look like it's timing out at this point as this is what is shown in the log:-
Exception thrown by custom action:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Exception: There was an unexpected error running 'robocopy.exe "C:Program FilesJSS" "C:Program FilesJSSBackupsJSS-20160404-090950JSS" /b /copyall /R:2 /W:5 /e /XD temp backups logs work /LOG:"C:Program FilesJSSBackupsJSS-20160404-090950JSS-Backup.log"'! ---> System.TimeoutException: Running 'robocopy.exe' timed out after '60' seconds.
As I keep regular backups of the server that has Casper installed and the Casper Database , is there either some way that I can proceed without doing this automatic back up stage of the installation OR can someone please tell me how to resolve the timeout error?
